We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and improving PCB/FPC design processes and delivering fabrication releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex PCB/FPC designs with analog, digital, RF, and power components.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and hardware teams to meet design standards.
  • Create and manage fabrication/assembly documentation like Gerber, ODB, and BoM.
  • Resolve DFM and manufacturing-related issues with vendors.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PCB design experience with Cadence tool sets.
  • Experience in managing and coaching CM and PCB vendors.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems like Agile and PCB documentation.
  • Knowledge of multilayer PCB layout, including blind/buried vias and microvias.
  • Experience with mixed/RF signal designs, high-speed signal impedance, and EMI optimization.
