Buried Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Congruex LLC. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the construction industry and be able to perform their job duties in a safe and professional manner.

Responsibilities include attending and participating in morning and afternoon job specific safety / huddle meetings, operating various tamping machines as per specifications, inspecting machines and equipment, and assisting with loading and unloading of jobsite materials.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a neat and clean work area, inspecting and operating hand tools for various activities, and assisting the operator with excavation of trenches, placement of shoring and backfilling procedures.

The Laborer will also be responsible for placement of conduit in open trenches, proofing conduits, potholing existing utilities, and assisting with setting of structures.

Requirements include a high school or equivalent education, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to various jobsites in the area, and the ability to follow instruction and interact with crew, leadership, and clients.
