Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project operations to ensure successful outcomes by emphasizing timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Interpret and perform takeoffs from architectural plans and specifications for new and reroofing projects.
- Manage on-site activities for assigned projects, including the coordination and supervision of subcontractors.
- Effectively control and prioritize multiple tasks while managing several projects simultaneously.
- Prepare purchase order requests for management review.
- Engage in all pre-construction meetings.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders regarding scheduling and progress.
- Assist in verifying the inventory of materials delivered to the project site.
- Coordinate final inspections with clients and manufacturers, and inform estimating of project completion.
- Complete project closeout documentation.
- Support overall quality control measures for projects.
- Assist the estimating team as needed and manage small service projects.
- Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of field experience in commercial roofing construction.
- Familiarity with a variety of commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.

- Ability to read and comprehend specifications and blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and utilize company-specific software.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
