We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our child welfare organization, you will be responsible for directing a small team of clinicians and providing leadership in the development and implementation of clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to ensure quality assurance and compliance.
- Develop and implement on-call schedules to support children and staff.
- Provide counseling, crisis management, and evaluations as needed.
- Offer routine consultation and supervision to clinical staff.
- Assist in discharge planning and ensure timely completion of reports.
- Ensure goal-oriented psychosocial diagnostic assessments, service plans, and progress reports are completed.
- Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders in English and Spanish.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- 21 years old.
- LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPC-s licensure or eligible for licensure.
- Masters degree in psychology, sociology, or behavioral sciences.
- 2 years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences or social work.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Clear MVR and Background Check.
