Speech Therapist

Based in Boonville, MO, Soliant is currently seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Missouri state SLP license or eligibility to obtain. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred. Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

This full-time, hourly position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, medical, and vision insurance. The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves conducting thorough speech, language, and communication assessments, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapy services to students. The Speech-Language Pathologist will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
