VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients' speech and language needs, developing personalized plans to address their challenges.
  • Provide speech and language therapy in patients' homes or community settings, adapting to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress, updating care plans and outcomes as needed.
  • Identify counseling needs and develop effective teaching strategies to support patients' goals.
  • Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services provided, adhering to agency infection control and safety policies.
Requirements
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid NJ driver's license.
