As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh sushi dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise in sushi preparation techniques, ingredient selection, and menu planning will help us maintain our commitment to providing our customers with exceptional dining experiences.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in sushi preparation and food service, as well as knowledge of basic sushi preparation techniques. You should also possess strong inventory control skills, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a team player with good communication skills, conversational English, and basic math and problem-solving abilities. About the Job:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour, paid time off, referral program, retirement plan, vision insurance, Sunday Premium Pay, and Yearly Vacation and Sick Payout. - Bilingual proficiency
