Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will provide care to residents under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and documenting vital signs
  • Measuring and recording height, weight, and fluid intake/output
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration
  • Monitoring residents' skin conditions and reporting any changes to the licensed nurse; providing necessary skin care
  • Addressing residents' mental health and social service needs

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid CNA certification
