Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.

You will work closely with our team to design, build, and deploy BI solutions, including reporting tools, data analytics platforms, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs to technical specifications
  • Design and develop BI solutions, including reporting tools and data analytics platforms
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms
  • Create tools to transform and store data
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
  • Develop and update technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven prior experience in Data Warehousing, data modeling concepts, design, development, and support using Microsoft BI stack, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Power Apps
  • Prior experience with PowerBI development
  • Prior experience with PowerApps development
  • Experience using SQL Server Stored Procedure, Views, and Trigger
  • Experience ETL, Extract, Transform, Load programming experience
  • Experience SQL Server Reporting Services, SSRS experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines
  • Experience working within Agile teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications to design and deliver optimum solutions for business needs
  • Strong communication skills and a strong self-starter attitude
  • Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
  • Strong estimation skills and a strong track record of accurate estimations for BI solutions
