Certified Welder

Wells is seeking a skilled Certified Welder to join our production team. As a Steel Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality steel products.

• Assist in the production of steel products by performing a variety of duties, including housekeeping, following safety requirements, cutting steel, and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Responsible for cutting welded assemblies to blueprint specifications.
• Perform additional duties as requested or required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass welding test for GMAW and SMAW.
• Previous work experience in cutting and welding.

The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employees must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as work boots, hard hats, work gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
