This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our private preschool, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the success of our students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide superior customer service to all external and internal stakeholders, including teachers, children, and families.
  • Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations, including health, safety, and care of children.
  • Assist the Directors with management responsibilities, including maintaining regulatory health and safety files.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to employment laws and compliance issues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, attractive, and safe school environment.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the school, including leadership team positions, teacher, food service teacher, and bus driver.
  • Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.
  • Perform other duties as determined by the Director or designee.

**Requirements:**

  • Meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field, and/or at least two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten, or early childhood program.
  • Experience in management, business, and/or public relations is also preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with handling children for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
