We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Southern Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and producing diagnostic images for interpretation.
Responsibilities- Conduct ultrasound exams with precision and accuracy, ensuring technical and diagnostic scans are produced for interpretation.
- Position patients and equipment to optimize image quality.
- Process and transmit images to our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
- RDMS (ARDMS) or R (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region, obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified above, with graduation within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
- Proficient computer skills.
