Full Visibility is seeking a highly skilled Software Vulnerability Researcher and Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will possess an active Top Secret clearance and have a strong background in software development and reverse engineering or vulnerability analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reverse engineering, static and dynamic binary analysis, and vulnerability analysis of software on various platforms and operating systems.
- Use modern software exploitation techniques on mobile platforms and develop extenders and modifications to exploit chains.
- Author technical documentation of research or findings as it relates to all security mechanisms, including access control, encryption, and obfuscation.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- At least four (4+) years of experience with software development and reverse engineering or vulnerability analysis
- Experience with and knowledge of python, C, and/or C++ programming languages
- Experience with embedded device software development and compliers, linkers, and binary code generation process
- Experience with static reverse engineering of software binaries, including Ghidra or IDA Pro
- Experience with Secure Boot Process, Bootloader Design Implementation
- Knowledge of mobile operating systems, such as Android or iOS
- Knowledge of microcontrollers
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex vulnerabilities and their potential use
- Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, or similar field
