The TMS Technician will play a vital role in facilitating treatment sessions for individuals suffering from mental health conditions such as major depressive disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. This non-invasive, non-systemic treatment is administered under the supervision of a medical provider, and the technician will work closely with clients to track their progress and provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver TMS Therapy to patients under the supervision of a medical provider.
- Provide exceptional customer service to every patient, ensuring a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
- Support office administrative tasks, including managing patient leads, scheduling appointments, and handling medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to the delivery of high-quality TMS services.
- Assist with quality improvement projects and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and graduation from a Medical Assistant Program.
- At least one year of ambulatory/office experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with individuals in healthcare settings.
- Aptitude for understanding and appreciating the medical education process, with a desire to enhance it through direct educational involvement and support.
