Position Overview

The Quality Manager position calls for a committed individual with comprehensive knowledge in Quality Management Systems and business operations. Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise, sustain, and improve the organization's Quality Management System
  • Oversee recertification and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 accreditation
  • Conduct internal assessments and prepare for external evaluations
  • Create procedures and documentation for regulatory adherence
  • Provide quality and ISO training to team members
  • Ensure the application of organizational systems and training initiatives
  • Address audit discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Advise Department Managers on ISO9001 knowledge and training
  • Engage in contract review processes for projects and procurement
  • Perform tasks related to quality management systems and operational functions

Essential Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015, and/or AS9100 standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
  • Strong time management and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience in leading teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Ability to meet project timelines and manage financial aspects
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams regarding project progress
  • Identify challenges and suggest solutions to ensure project schedules are adhered to
  • Document and revise processes based on previous experiences

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ISO 9001, AS9003A, or quality management
  • Strong technical skills in computer applications
