About the Role

As a Salad and Sandwich Maker at Panera, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality salads and sandwiches to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble salads and sandwiches to order
  • Ensure that all orders are made quickly, correctly, and consistently
  • Meet speed and accuracy goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
