Avera St. Luke\u2019s Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures, and related duties. The successful candidate will utilize scientific principles and technical skills to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples
  • Utilize scientific principles and technical skills to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Maintain quality control and quality assurance standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely results

Requirements:

  • Associate\u2019s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program
  • Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP, AMT, or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of related experience or training

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $31.75 per hour
  • Varied shift schedule: 8 am - 6 pm, 7:30 am - 4 pm, Noon to 8 pm, or 2:30 pm to 11 pm
  • Rotate every 3rd weekend/holiday
  • Full-time position: 72 hours every 2 weeks
