Master Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Mechanic to join our team at Clark Equipment Rental. As a Master Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair work on our fleet of heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including oil changes, air conditioning service, and brake pad replacements
• Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service history
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessary
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessary
• Required state-issued driver's license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
