Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Host to join our team at Superba Food + Bread. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the flow of guests, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Answer questions and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and services
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
