Beauty Expert

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team as a Chanel Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and representing the Chanel brand with excellence.

• Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Chanel brand, build strong relationships with customers, and provide personalized service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Chanel products, including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance, to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including the Chanel brand area, to showcase products and create an engaging customer experience.
• Operations: Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing shipments, and completing merchandise resets.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services, and to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Beauty Expert.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for the beauty industry.
