Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Room Preparation: Restock and replace used items within guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for guests.
  • Communication: Communicate the clean status of each room upon completion to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Room Service and Supplies: Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms and stock supply carts to ensure they are neat and well-organized at all times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Guest Interaction: Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Physical Demands: Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time, bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred.
