Key Responsibilities:
- Host/Hostess Duties: Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Maître d' Responsibilities: Oversee the dining area, manage table assignments, and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
- Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly wage is $17.28/hour, plus an additional $20-$24/hour of tip share, for a possible $37.28-$41.28/hour.
