As a Project Manager or APM at Seaway Plumbing Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plumbing construction projects from planning to implementation. This includes allocating resources, supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors, and interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership qualities, deadline and detail-oriented skills, and familiarity with construction management software such as Sage - Procore.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
