Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Operate the register accurately and efficiently to provide customers with prompt and courteous service.
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking merchandise, rotating inventory, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers by greeting them warmly, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
Physical Requirements:

The Retail Sales Associate role requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 lbs.
