Position Summary:
This role involves executing a diverse range of electronic and electromechanical assembly tasks, which may encompass both skilled manual work and the operation of automated production machinery. The individual will be responsible for understanding and interpreting various technical specifications and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow established methods and sequences for performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
2. Make necessary setups and adjustments while adhering to blueprint specifications.
3. Conduct visual inspections of components and subassemblies to identify any defects before, during, and after assembly.
4. Verify completed assemblies against quality standards and documentation.
5. Maintain accurate assembly and quality records as required.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance if necessary

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, go/no-go gauges) and blueprint reading.
- Previous inspection experience.
- Background in a manufacturing assembly environment.
