Job Title: Parts Advisor

Infiniti of Beachwood is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Parts Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring parts availability to our customers while efficiently overseeing the dealership's investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date parts inventory.
  • Process parts transactions and coordinate with the service department.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reconcile inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed dealership objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dealership parts counter role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Punctual nature and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of auto parts and previous experience with parts ordering is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects.
