Leadership Opportunity:

Nadel Architects invites applications for an experienced Studio Director to lead our Multifamily/Mixed-Use Studio in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Job Description:

As a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in architecture, design, or a related field, you will be responsible for leading the studio's operations and developing a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and implement strategic objectives and design vision across the studio.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the studio, including billing, collections, and contract approvals.
  • Monitor project work plans to ensure financial goals are met and manage staffing allocations.
  • Handle project-related legal matters and serve as the primary client contact.
  • Manage relationships with consultants and ensure contract documents meet firm standards.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in architecture, design, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ability to travel between studio locations and domestic project sites as needed.

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
