Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Collaboration: Provide visible leadership and support to team members, demonstrating our company's core values and promoting a culture of safety and reliability.
- Operational Excellence: Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage forecasted and budgeted expenditures effectively.
- Training and Development: Provide training and facilitation on root cause failure analysis, failure modes and effects analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Procedure Development: Develop and maintain Nevada Gold Mines' maintenance procedures, standards, and specifications focused on sustaining a reliability culture.
- Vendor Partnerships: Cultivate productive partnerships with key vendors and OEMs to drive improvement in equipment.
- Downtime Reporting: Maintain and validate downtime reporting databases and KPIs.
- Reliability Improvement: Identify, scope, and evaluate reliability improvement projects.
- Maintenance Systems: Utilize maintenance operating systems (S4-HANA, SAP) to record and report on maintenance activity in a continuous improvement strategy.
- Condition Monitoring: Ensure the sustainability of condition monitoring techniques.
- Safety Leadership: Demonstrated safety leadership capability for both self and team.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in a reliability role.
- Operational Experience: Two years of practical experience in operations, preferably in a mobile maintenance mining environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reliability and improvement concepts.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and condition monitoring techniques.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
