Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at JW Ruby Memorial Hospital for a 13-week contract assignment. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients for optimal imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • ARRT certification
  • WV State License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Working Conditions

This is a contract position with JW Ruby Memorial Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced radiology department with a team of experienced professionals. The department has 5 X-ray rooms and uses Epic and Fuji Synapse EMR/PACS systems.
