We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Village on the Park Friendswood. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the dining room is clean and set up to company standards for all meals and functions.
  • Take food orders, present to kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and checks food quality/presentation.
  • Respond quickly to resident and guest requests and interact with guests in the dining room to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist in cleaning and setting up the serving area according to company standards.
  • Ensure residents' safety by removing all walkers from the dining room and returning them immediately upon finishing meal.
  • Adhere to all food handling, food service, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
  • Must be or become within 60 days an accredited food handler per State guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read & write English.
  • Must be willing to undergo a routine background check including drug screen.
