Key Responsibilities- Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision to all medical staff, including APPs and MDs/DOs, and ensure the implementation of clinical protocols and quality controls.
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee the administrative aspects of the clinic, including productivity, scheduling, and staff management.
- Medical Leadership: Participate in the Medical Leadership Team to make recommendations and promote consistency in clinical practice.
- Clinical Program Development: Provide clinical oversight for the development and implementation of health center programs.
- Patient Care: Examine patients, formulate diagnostic plans, and implement treatment plans.
- Consultation: Determine the need for consultation and assist in medical care and treatment provided by other specialists.
- Education: Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Medical License.
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience: 3-6 years of supervisory experience preferred.
