Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Primary Care Clinic in Milford, Massachusetts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight, supervising medical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision to all medical staff, including APPs and MDs/DOs, and ensure the implementation of clinical protocols and quality controls.
  • Administrative Leadership: Oversee the administrative aspects of the clinic, including productivity, scheduling, and staff management.
  • Medical Leadership: Participate in the Medical Leadership Team to make recommendations and promote consistency in clinical practice.
  • Clinical Program Development: Provide clinical oversight for the development and implementation of health center programs.
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Examine patients, formulate diagnostic plans, and implement treatment plans.
  • Consultation: Determine the need for consultation and assist in medical care and treatment provided by other specialists.
Requirements
  • Education: Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Medical License.
  • Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of supervisory experience preferred.
