Job Title: Production Director

Job Summary:

Echandia Marine LLC is seeking a highly skilled Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and evaluating our production and logistics processes to ensure timely and effective delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production and logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the movement of products from production to delivery, ensuring timely and effective delivery to customers.
  • Team Leadership: Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered to customers on time.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure that all production and logistics processes comply with relevant laws and standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employees to strive for excellence and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience in production supervision or lead hand roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle or reliable transportation required.
