Responsibilities:
- Taking drink orders and making recommendations
- Confirming patrons' age and following serving laws
- Collecting payment and operating POS
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, including opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team
