Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeper
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
  • Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, stocking supply carts, managing inventory needs, assisting with laundry, and other assigned duties
Qualifications for the Housekeeper Position
  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language
  • Interest in geriatric care, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a keen attention to detail
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull weights in the 30-pound range frequently, and assist with lifting residents when necessary
