Job Description

As a Central Station Alarm Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to alarm signals, dispatching authorities, and notifying customers of alarm conditions. You will also handle incoming customer calls, enter customer account information into our database, and perform data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm signals and dispatch authorities as needed
• Notify customers of alarm conditions and provide updates on the status of their alarms
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Enter customer account information into our database and maintain accurate records
• Perform data entry tasks and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, and be able to type 20 WPM or higher. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
