">Responsibilities

- Assist attorneys with corporate registration and licensing, including obtaining and preparing documents and forms necessary to file and maintain corporate status and licenses with state regulatory agencies.">
- Provide support in drafting, under attorney supervision, certain agreements, licenses, and ancillary documentation.">
- Research, analyze, and monitor compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to the businesses of Tristar Insurance.">
- Coordinate with other departments and affiliates providing and seeking information on companies for regulatory compliance, filings, litigation, or other purposes.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and working knowledge of legal terminology and concepts. Additionally, the candidate should have strong paralegal skills, computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access, and ability to acquire proficiency in other programs.
