North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Baldwyn, Mississippi.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our Respiratory Care Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ventilatory management, diagnostic procedures, and clinical assessment.

• Assess and perform acid-base, ventilation, oxygenation, quality control, and diagnostic procedures.
• Recommend and administer therapeutic regimes for patients with respiratory conditions.
• Provide clinical and physical assessments to ensure individualized patient-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Select, assemble, and maintain respiratory equipment while ensuring infection control.
• Participate in education and training of students and individuals upon request.

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Hold a valid and current Respiratory Care Practitioner License in the state of Mississippi.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in caring for a wide range of patients, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
