Job Summary

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base and kidney dialysis centers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and rotation of stock
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet delivery deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement
  • Valid Medical Card
  • Minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience
  • Ability to maintain driver HOS log using Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
  • Pass Industrial Capabilities Test

Physical Environment

This role requires working in a variety of environments, including distribution centers, tractor trailers, patient homes, and dialysis centers. The incumbent must be able to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and work efficiently in extreme temperatures.

We are committed to equitable pay for all employees and strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $51,200 to $70,400 annually.
