About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacy professional to lead our retail pharmacy team at Weis Markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including supervising pharmacists and associates, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase script growth, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate department strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) or Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) in Pharmacy required.
  • Two years of retail pharmacy experience and Immunization Certification through an accredited organization required.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $108,680 - $165,880 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health plan, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, short-term disability, basic life insurance, AD&D, group whole life with long-term care rider, voluntary insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plans, scholarship program, and associate discount programs.
