- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with residents and team members.
- Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Preferred certifications include EPA I, EPA II, and CPO.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
