Position Overview:
A Retail / Long-Term Care Pharmacist is sought to join our team in a dynamic pharmacy environment. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
  • Possession of a valid pharmacist license in North Carolina.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Availability for shifts from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, along with rotating weekend duties is necessary.

Preferred Experience:
While prior experience in long-term care is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and validating prescriptions for accuracy.
  • Dispensing medications in accordance with established protocols.
  • Overseeing the work of pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance with regulations.
