About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Specialist to join our team. As an Epic Tapestry Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day management of the Epic Tapestry Application. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and maintaining the application to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Providing end-user support and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborating with other Epic Application Analysts to create dynamic user-focused solutions.
  • Analyzing technical issues associated with Epic software and implementing requested changes to the system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with Epic applications in a healthcare setting, preferably in an IPA or managed care environment.
  • Technical skills across Epic Applications.
  • Epic Tapestry Certified.
  • Strong team building and communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external stakeholders.
