Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our General Medical-Surgical Unit at Raleigh General Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a current state RN license and Basic Life Support certification. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
