Job Title: Delivery Merchandiser - Non CDL

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Merchandiser - Non CDL to join our team at J&L Ventures. As a key member of our sales and delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our products to local accounts, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient operation of our delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to local accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of merchandise
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Conduct daily route checks to ensure accurate delivery of merchandise and maintain a clean and organized delivery area
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our delivery routes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a delivery or sales role preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
