Job Summary

The Security Officer will act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide security services to clients and facilities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or potential security threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, or other crises.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed.
  • Perform routine patrols of facilities and surrounding areas to identify potential security risks.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
