Campus Minister

Overview

International Friendships, Inc. is a leading organization dedicated to extending life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. As a Campus Minister, you will play a vital role in our mission by developing personal relationships, providing spiritual guidance, and leading outreach initiatives on campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with international students, providing one-on-one Bible study encounters and leading group Bible studies.
• Participate in IFI-sponsored outreach and special events on campus, developing culture-specific outreaches to engage international students.
• Disciple international students through close personal involvement and structured one-on-one times, helping them grow in their faith and develop leadership skills.
• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to support the budgeted needs of the role, sharing the vision of the ministry with others.
• Meet regularly with supervisor for input, direction, and counsel, as well as quarterly assessments to evaluate progress towards agreed-upon goals.

Requirements

• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience in campus ministry or completion of IFI's ISEED Program.
