Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Transport Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Patient Transportation services. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management and coordination of patient transport requests, contributing to the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Transport Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
  • Monitoring and enhancing departmental performance through effective dispatching of transport requests.
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to patient, visitor, and staff complaints.
  • Utilizing strategic dispatching techniques to prioritize tasks and assign personnel based on availability and proximity.
  • Ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures.
  • Leading the Patient Transport Department in the absence of Operations Managers or Supervisors.
  • Encouraging teamwork among staff to achieve departmental goals and maximize productivity.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Overseeing inventory and equipment management, including making recommendations for purchases.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
