Microbiology Laboratory Director in Massachusetts

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Manager to lead our laboratory team in Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including quality control and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of laboratory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of laboratory services with other departments.
Requirements:
- College degree in a relevant field, such as microbiology or a related life science.
- ASCP certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in laboratory management, including leadership and supervisory roles.
