Weekend Warrior RN or LPN

About the Role

As a Weekend Warrior RN or LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our guests on a part-time basis. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to guests and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of guests' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a focus on gerontology or rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
