Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Maintenance and Carpentry Specialist. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including environmental management, waste water collection and reuse, facilities maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

• Manage and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Oversee waste water collection, transfer, and reuse
• Assist with facilities maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Perform grounds maintenance, including upkeep and housekeeping
• Assist with construction projects, including carpentry and masonry work
• Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes and dozers
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other trades
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with occasional Saturday work
